Who is this promo for?
- ⁠Everyone! Existing members and anyone new to the gym.

Would I need to activate my New Year Promo membership immediately?
- ⁠No, you can activate your membership anytime before 31 Dec 2026.

If I do not currently hold a membership, will I get the free weeks?
- No, the free weeks are only for existing members who renew. You will be entitled to the promo prices though! 

Who is included as an existing member?
- You’re an existing member if you hold a 12 month unlimited, 6 month unlimited, 1 month unlimited, 1 month open gym, 10 class pack.

For renewals, when do the free additional week(s) apply?
- The free week(s) will be added to the end of your membership, extending your expiry date.

Can I buy more than one promo membership?
- No, just one membership per person for this promo.

Can I purchase this membership as a gift for someone?
- ⁠Yes, you may! Simply let us know who you are purchasing it for along with their email, contact and activation date.

What is the pause policy?
- 12 month memberships are entitled to 2 pauses, and 6 month memberships are entitled to 1 pause.
