Enhance your athletic performance with an hour of CrossFit workout that combines skill development and strength work, capped off with the workout of the day.
Prerequisites: Must have prior CrossFit experience or completed our Basics Class at RAGTAG.
STEAM
Designed to enhance your cardiovascular endurance, our Steam class utilises bodyweight movement, light weights and Ergs to help you build a better engine.
BURN
Our high-intensity bodybuilding classes combine fast-paced conditioning with hypertrophy work to help hone your physique as well as your fitness.
LIFT
Our weightlifting class focuses on refining your Olympic Lifts by sharpening technique, building strength and giving you more confidence on the barbell.
Prerequisites: Must have prior Olympic weightlifting experience or completed our Basics Class at RAGTAG.
INTRO
Our Intro Class is free for all first-timers at RAGTAG! Experience our training style, meet our coaches, and get a feel for the vibe. Just show up, move, and have fun!
BASICS
Our Basics class offers a welcoming environment for new members to learn the foundational movements and methods of our FIT classes. It’s your starting point to building confidence and getting the most out of your training at RAGTAG!
COMPETE
Our Compete sessions are designed for advanced athletes seeking to grow and train alongside like-minded individuals. Led by seasoned competitors, these sessions focus on refining techniques and building good habits to sharpen your performance come game day.
